SITA offers to industrial businesses, sole traders, and municipalities the purchase and treatment of secondary raw materials. Typically, metal, paper, glass, plastic, wood, and electric wastes are used. Re-use is preferred to disposal. This is also in line with the environment legislative.

SITA co-operates with its clients in the optimised sorting of the recyclable raw materials, providing thus the clients with improved income and utilisation opportunities. SITA is a contract partner in EKO-KOM's system of re-acceptance and re-use of packages and waste packages. Regarding the re-acceptance of electric equipment, SITA uses all collective systems applicable to the processing, re-use, disposal, and transport of electric equipment and electric wastes.

The clients may use the re-acceptance system through a collective system or may use SITA's mobile collection and wide range of SITA's waste collection yards and plants.

SITA CZ provides secured "documents shredding" to its customers. The shredding is performed at a high security level using Intimus S 16.86 which is certificated by NBÚ (national ecurity authority) with the "confidential" status. SITA CZ is also certificated for ISO/IEC 27001:2005
