SITA provides a permanent emergency service for its clients. In some cities, this service is a part of the integrated rescue system. The permanent emergency service is used in case of environment accidents and emergencies.

After the police and fire-fighters complete their actions in case of an emergency, SITA will take steps necessary for the elimination of environment damage. Typically, spilled liquid is pumped into emergency packages (such as containers or cisterns), contaminated soil is excavated, landscape and built-up premises (including the machines and equipment) are cleaned, affected sewers are decontaminated, and produced wastes are taken away and disposed.
